Train With Us

The SITU's affiliation with the RCS means that it has a responsibility to promote training and development for surgeons who are interested in research. By running regular training events which focus on a variety of topics and are aimed at researchers at all stages in their career, the SITU is helping to ensure the future of surgical research.

Patient and Public Involvement

SITU is developing a Public and Patient Involvement Strategy. The benefits of involving patients and public in research is well documented and will improve the quality of trials that SITU is involved in, as well as giving patients a chance to contribute to the design of research that they may well one day take part in.
